1. Proofing – Most events involve immediate viewing and onsite printing. Event photos will also be online within 72 hours.
2. Scope – At a typical weekend event we may take as many as ten thousand images. We aim to photograph every participant at an event and always have a back up in place, such as a staged action areas or a green-screen to capture and create opportunities for all.
3. Marketing – We are able to customize your event to make the most of any marketing opportunities, logos, tee shirts and custom websites. We can also arrange extended press coverage if required.
4. Communication – Event photography is about more than taking quality photographs. We will begin by taking time to meet and discuss what your goals are, and make suggestions as to how our industry can add value to your event.
5. Freebies – We can provide free photos for your brochures and web site. We can even help you make a DVD of the event.
6. Training – Martyn was trained in California by the Founder of the Association of Professional Event Photographers, Jim Roshan.
7. Safety – We ensure that we meet all government regulations for photographing public events. Al of our photographers are CRB checked annually.
8. Backup – We are a large team and every event will have back up equipment and photographers.
Event Experience
MW Photography has been working closely with clients since 2000 to bring added value to their events. Past clients include some of the largest youth soccer clubs in America. We regularly attend tournaments with over two hundred teams.
Ride the Rockies is an event where we follow approximately two thousand five hundred riders over Colorado’s immense Rocky mountain range for seven days. Thousands of images are processed every day of the ride and sold at each base camp at night.

New Cyclo-Sportive Client
The Cumberland Challenge is in its third year now and continues to grow from strength to strength. The 105 mile cyclo- sportive event takes in some of the countries finest scenery as it winds around the North Pennines, climbs up Hartside, skirts alongside Hadrian's Wall and even offers a brief incursion into Scotland before heading back to the starting town of Brampton. It is a challenging ride with 2900m of climbing and MW Photography will be there to document both the pain and glory.
